Making things work with a single sample is rather easy, but it’s another thing when you hit the production line. So broaden your visions and think upfront. It can save you a lot of money, time and nerves.
In order to turn your line into a successful business you must integrate the business side with the creative side. Figure out and try to cut the cost of every pattern piece and every stitch. Make sure you stay within your budget and always plan those unexpected things that will cost you extra. Add higher production costs onto the final price tag and you will either lose sales or lose money.
